Sunday, after the Coast Guard craziness calmed down, Jer, Kait, Brett and I headed over to my parent's house for some kayaking. We put the kayaks in their creek, which takes you out to a little river, which if you keep going on takes you right out to Mona Lake. It took about an hour and a half to get out to Mona Lake and we were going against the wind and I was exhausted. We stopped to rest at Ross Park; and hung out on the beach for a bit, then decided to head back because we were all super hungry. It only took about 40 minutes to get back, with help from the wind!

After kayaking, we all went to eat at Dog 'N Suds. I had never been there before and it was pretty awesome! There is actually something cool in Muskegon. We all got root beer which was so delicious, and all got some ice-cream afterwards. Mmmm.
Then later in the evening, we came home to watch rented movies from Blockbuster with Peter. I'm so sunburnt and sore now, but definitely had fun today.
