Friday night, Brett and I went out to dinner with Brenna and Andrew. Then we showed them our new apartment and headed out to Fruitport. Peter and Andrea met up with us so we could go to Old Fashioned Days. We rode a few rides. First, the sizzler, of course. That is Brett and my "special ride", the one we rode when we first starting dating, so three years running we had to ride it. Then a few more, "Freak Out" was a blast as usual. Andrew screaming brought laughter tears to my eyes, it was seriously the best thing in the world. After that, we all sat on the grass and watched the fireworks. I love going to that carnival, no matter how trashy it is. It's a tradition!

I seriously love hanging out with these friends. They are the best ever. I'm having such a great time getting to know Brenna more too. And I just love Andrea to death. I went out to lunch with her & Kimmi on Saturday, and it was so great. We sat and talked for a few hours. I just loved it. I've been needing girlfriends lately (aka; I'm sitting at Big Boy by myself right now) But oh well, I need to try to be more independent.
