I know somebody is going to wonder why it’s a day early for them. That’s because if I read it right, this says (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UTC%2B14:00) it’s August first somewhere.
I skipped a month but I’m back. I’ve not changed much, only added a few geektool scripts. I would love if somebody would suppy me with white AirPort and iChat menu extras. I still don’t feel like it’s done though, so let me know if you have any ideas for it.

34c for 3+ hours means that nap is working perfectly. It's the only possible way that any MDD would ever be under 50c for 3 hours.
I remember some cooler mornings in the spring and fall of 07 when I had my dual 867.. the idle temp was 29-31c with nap + an extra 120mm mounted on the back. Even under heavy load it never got above the mid 40's.

I just hope they make iDisk as good or better as DropBox. iDisk in its current iteration is just awful.
It would be nicer if they just licensed DropBox. I mean the AppleCare tool has been a third party product for years, and we just kinda hope that it actually works if and when we need it.
Why can't they just pass the ball to people that know the terrain better? Infrastructure improves, sales improve, free riders are happy, Amazon S3 doesn't buckle because hell how many Apple customers are there using a measly Gig to sync their Address Books anyway...
I just don't know what the fiscal advantage is to keeping their clunky system in-house and betting a $4.5M domain name will help Store Geniuses meet their attach rate quotas.

Sometimes after disconnecting my firewire drive (where I save all my torrents) and restarting bittorrent it appears to that the torrents continue anyway but saving to volumes/firewire2 or volumes/firewire3.
I would like to get rid of these invisible volumes.

I downloaded the Sling Plug-in for Mac off the Slingbox site. When I click to start the installer that downloaded it pops up a box that "ask you to close Safari"??? while the installer is approx one minute from finishing the install and then it locks the progress bar..........when you close Safari as requested it then cancels the install and gives "Installation Failed" message ( well duh; I am forced to close the internet browser)

What is a very good iphone 4 IM client (and why do you think its good) that would keep me logged into AIM, Yahoo, Facebook, Google and myspace all the time and in one app. i am using IM+ but it keeps kicking me out everyonce in a while and to get it back up i have to unenstall it and reinstall it to get it to work.

i checked team mac os x's website and also the official folding forums. they both said that stanford is still working on native cores. ppl have run non-native cores on rosetta, linux, windows, parallels etc.

Eh, normally I would agree with you, but I can't deny Chevy this one. It is a good looking car, imo. Like Quagmire was saying, in the "Normal" family sedan market, bland and boring is par for the course. This new Malibu, at least on its exterior and interior looks, seems to be a nice change from that norm.

I Use the at&t scanner app, and it works great. Did you see if perhaps your lens is dirty, or do the apps just fail to function?
