Thanks guys for your replies. My employer has more than 100 consultants and I think it is a stable financially. I never had any problems in my salary. I was paid on time always.

So you mean after appeal they can approve my I140?

I do not know my PD. But my labor was filed sometime in Dec 2006.

I had this issue with my labor not with I140. My employer provided all the required documents and then it was approved. As long as your company is financialy sound . you should get approved.

BTW, when did you file your I-140?

EB2 or EB3?

Hello:

I have a last minute doubt - my H1B stamp on the passport is expired, so is the white I94 card. I have a valid I797 extension.

Can I use automatic revalidation? I am in doubt because the white I94 card is expired and I will have to present it to the officer at the port of entry.

I think a lof people have the LUD is 08/05/07 for 140 filed in TSC..and everyone takes their guesses. Please post if u r LUD for 140 is 08/05/2007 ;

Yes, i got an LUD and mine was approved on 20th August. Mine reached TSC on March 8th.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone (preferably a teen, im 15) would like to make a web design site for a part time job (after school or w/e) Im great with flash and ok with photoshop, fireworks, and dreamweaver. Also i would like some1 who is laid back and likes to have fun while working. I wont be paying anybody anything but we will split the earnings of what we do. You will not know until I-140 is filed as the preference category is requested on I-140 and not on the PERM.

Hi,

My labor was approved recently but i am not sure wheather it is approved under eb2 or eb3.Attorney is trying to keep me in dark and saying every time you have to contact to your employer only we will not provide the details.My employer is saying your is eb2 in oral only,but when i am trying to ask him in email he is calling to me and saying your's category is eb2 only.Can you guys help me out how to find it out my category is eb2 or eb3,and he send me a pdf document,it is saying

the department of labor has made a determination on your application for permanent employment certification(ETA form 9089) pursuant 20 CFR �656.24 and as required by the immigration and nationality act,as amended.

Form ETA 9089 has been certified and is enslosed.This certification must be attached to the I-140 petition and filed with the appropriate office of the united states citizenship and immigration services(USCIS).

Can some one please help me to find my case is wheather it is EB2 or EB3?
