I went on my all day shopping expedition with Andrea today! I drove out to her place in Lansing and she drove us out to Troy to the Somerset Mall. It was amazing! Super high class, fancy-pants everything. I absolutely loved it. It was my first time going into an Anthropologie store too! I loved everything they had, just not their prices so much. Hehe! I was in such sticker shock that by the time we got to Urban Outfitters, I thought everything was so cheap and kind of went nuts! I'm really happy with all of my purchases though. Wee! After the mall, we went to downtown Royal Oak to a store called Incognito. It was so adorable. I got the most amazing boots ever. I can't wait to show you guys! After that, we came back to Lansing, tried to find a place to eat that wasn't a 35+ minute wait, ended up at Olive Garden for deliciousness! I loved it. We came back to her apartment building, got some shots and are now sitting side-by-side next to each other updating our fashion sites. Hehe! I absolutely love the way these photos turned out.
This was one of the dresses I got from Urban Outfitters today. It's black velvet with a bow-shaped back. I saw it in their holiday catalog and thought it was adorable. I'm contemplating wearing it for one of the upcoming Christmas parties I have.. but felt the back was maybe a bit much for the work party. Hmm... ?

If you haven't seen her yet, this is Andrea! One of my greatest friends and I just adore her to death. She is so beautiful and so stylish. She's wearing a Silence and Noise at UO top and a leather mini skirt by BB Dakota. And she has the most beautiful hair on the planet. Blah to her! Isn't she just stunning?
I feel like I could just sleep like a total baby right now, I'm so exhausted! My little feets hurt.. but gosh, what an amazing day. I love girl time, shopping in amazing places, finding good deals, eating delicious food and getting out of town for a day. Great day and amazing friend. Hope everyone had a great Saturday!
